Refund Policy

If Flapdot isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

After 7 days

We'll still refund you if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You were charged but never received a license key, and we can't send you one.
• Flapdot doesn't work on your Mac and we can't fix it within a reasonable time.
• The law where you live gives you a right to a refund.

How to ask

Email hello@flapdot.com from the address you bought with, or include your order email. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds are issued by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, to your original payment method, and your license key is deactivated, so Flapdot locks.
