These terms cover your use of the Flapdot app and this website. By buying or using Flapdot, you agree to them.

Who we are

Flapdot is made by an independent developer based in India. You can reach us at hello@flapdot.com.

Your license

• Flapdot is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no free version; the app needs a license key to run.
• Your license is for your personal use, on one Mac at a time. You can move it to another Mac you own by deactivating it in the app, or by asking us if the old Mac is lost.
• Your license never expires: the version you buy keeps working. It includes every update to version 1 of Flapdot. A future major version may be a paid upgrade, and we'll say so before it ships.
• Don't share, resell or publish your license key.

Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who act as our merchant of record and handle billing, taxes and receipts. Prices are shown in US dollars; tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live.

You can get a full refund within 7 days of buying. See our Refund Policy for details.

The software

Flapdot is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of bugs or work on every Mac setup. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Flapdot.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in them limits rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
